Just Comfort Shoes Online Orders and Shipping Policy
This policy forms part of the Just Comfort Shoes Terms and Conditions of Trade and Website Use.
Australian Purchases Only
Online shopping is available only for Australian purchases, which means purchases subject to GST with in-store pick-up or delivery destinations in Australia. Displayed prices for individual products are in Australian dollars and include GST but not shipping. Shipping is calculated part-way through the checkout process. The tax component displayed during checkout is GST.
Customers buying through our online store at justcomfortshoes.com.au must accept that while we make reasonable efforts to fill orders, some purchases may occasionally result in non-delivery because of in-store purchases affecting inventory. In the unlikely case that this occurs or for any other reason we are unable to fulfil an online order, you will be advised as soon as possible. You will be given the option to receive a refund or an online discount coupon of equivalent value for a new purchase. (Unlike regular online discount coupons, we will also authorise for this to be used in store.) Alternatively, if it suits you, we may instead offer, at our discretion, to place a special order with one of our suppliers for the original item. While the usual online purchasing freight cost will apply in such a case, the additional freight that sometimes apply to special orders will not.
Payment Methods, Charges and Payment
Our online store accepts all major credit cards through Stripe, Apple Pay and Android Pay
Website users are solely responsible for any credit card, debit card or bank fees or charges associated with purchases on the Website through any of its payment gateways, including Stripe, Android Pay and Apple Pay. Fees charged to Just Comfort Shoes for use of payment gateways are not passed on to customers.
Online buyers may opt to pay no shipping on purchases by opting for in-store pick-up during checkout. The customer may be required to show identification and must pick up the purchased items from our store at 155 Brisbane Rd, Mooloolaba QLD 4557, within 14 days after we advise by email that the order is ready. If the 14 days expire, the purchased items will be returned to stock and a refund issued minus a $20 admin fee and any freight fee that applied if the purchase was a Special Order. To receive refundable money, the customer must, within 14 days of being notified of the cancellation or expiry, provide his/her credit card or bank details.
Shipping is by Australia Post or courier at our discretion, with a cost of $15 for orders up to $100 and free for orders over $100. Estimated timeframes in business days for various destinations are as follows: Sunshine Coast - 2-4; Brisbane - 3-4; Regional Queensland - 4-6; Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne - 4-6; Regional NSW or Victoria - 4-8; Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart, Perth - 6-8; Regional Tas, SA, WA - 6-8; Regional NT - 14-16. Shipping to remote areas of the country may take up to 16 business days.
Customers pay the cost of returns and replacement deliveries if seeking to return shoes that turn out to have an unsuitable fit. For full details on returns, see the Just Comfort Shoes Returns Policy.
