Medical Grade Footwear Information

We no longer require appointments for DVA Medical Grade Footwear fittings. These can be conducted at our store in Mooloolaba any time during our opening hours. We would appreciate receiving the Medical Grade Prescription Form D0688 by email prior to the appointment if possible.

Customers are loving the luxuriously soft footbeds of Remonte R6853 (pictured) at our Mooloolaba store as well as Remonte styles R6850 (Caloundra), D2063 (Caloundra) and D2050 (Caloundra). These fashionable items can also have their footbeds removed to accommodate a full-length custom orthotic.
